According to a survey carried out by Horizon Research,Chinese senior high school students have different opinions on when to choose their majors and universities. Most students, about 82%,insist that the choices should be based on their in the examinations. 12% of the students,however, say that the choices should be made directly after the examinations. Interestingly, 6% of the students hold the view that the choices should be made before the exams.
Personally, I would rather choose my major and university after knowing my exact test scores. If we know the test scores,we can make a sensible decision. Yet the other two forms will add up more blindness when we make our choices. If we make the choices before exams, we may feel anxious during the exams, which og course will have a negative effect on our performance in the exams.
